We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on original artwork or fine art prints. Due to the custom and limited nature of these works, all sales are final. Commissions Policy
Commission bookings require a deposit or agreed payment arrangement prior to commencement of work. By proceeding with a commission, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay the full quoted amount. Deposits are non refundable, and clients may not withdraw from the commission process after work has commenced without fulfilling the remaining balance owing.
